MIM 2016 business and functional analysts

We are looking for 4 profiles with a hands-on expertise on Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 (former Forefront Identity Manager 2010) in order to be able to perform business and functional analysis, architecture design and development with extensive customization of a solution.
Minimum required skills:
• Development of ECMA connectors
• Development of Metaverse and Management Agent extensions (VB and C#).
• Extensive customization of MIM Portal (schema, workflows, activities)
• Design and implementation of RBAC model
• Implementation of reporting module based on SCSM
Learning while/by doing is not an option.

Expected Seniority for the 4 resources are:
• 1 senior that will act as Team Lead with 8+ years ‘experience
• 2 confirmed with 5+ years’ experience
• 1 Junior with 2+ years’ experience

Working language is English with good communication skills, pro-activity and team players. Activities include both projects related activities and support/maintenance activities as part of the Follow-the-Sun team already in place for the current client.
