Job Responsibilities and Duties

Utilise the implementation experience in Dynamics NAV/ 365 Business Central, combined with firm expertise in finance and accounting to design and implement a finance module to consolidate the finance;
Take a hands-on approach and be able to work independently as a one-person team in close collaboration with the company CFO;
Design and ensure functionality of various reporting in NAV and through the use of Microsoft Power BI;
Lead end to end, functional implementation activities, including project scoping, analysis and design, testing, key user training, and go-live support;
High level stakeholder management to ensure the Business Central 365 experience is maximised and ensure business process efficiency is optimised;
Guide the development of high-level Feature Driven Development and detailed functionality training documentation.

Experience

At least 2 years' experience in a similar D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV role;
Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central – end to end (Dynamics NAV 2015, 2016, 2018, Dynamics 365 Business Central);
Expert finance and accounting business process understanding (ideally with accountancy qualification).

Personal Skills

Solid accounting knowledge and/or background in Finance;
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support;
Confident stakeholder management skills;
Good written and verbal communication in English; Spanish / Portuguese language will be considered a strong asset;
Good working attitude including having respect for others, showing enthusiasm and commitment;
Willing to go the extra mile;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Time management skills;
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
