Insurance Claims Handler (French and Italian)

What is expected of you?

Attend to customer queries over the phone and via email in an efficient manner
Process and interpret information relating to the incident and input the necessary data into the system
Assess the claim details and analyse whether they are in line with the agreed risk criteria
Communicate the claims and payments applicable with the claim settlement effectively
Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards as set by the company
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required

What are you expected to bring?

Fluency in English, French and Italian (written and spoken)
A can-do attitude and a results-driven approach
An eye-for-detail and excellent listening skills
The ability to work in a team
A qualification in an insurance related field such as ACII would be considered an asset but not necessary
