What is expected of you?

Guide, lead and mentor managerial staff for them to be efficient in dealing with issues that may arise
Be involved in recruitment, training and performance management of staff
Ensure that assigned tasks and KPIs of team members are achieved
Prepare budget for the department
Lead and supervise the department in a timely and efficient manner
To represent the department and the company in local and international fora
Participate in ‘ad hoc’ assignments related to specific issues that arise from time to time.

What are you expected to bring?

Solid academic background in financial services or any other related relevant background.
8 years' working experience in a similar role
Depth knowledge of the financial sector
Possess exemplary leadership skills and an assertive personality
