Key Service Responsibilities:

Interact with players via multiple communication channels including email, live chat etc to assist with queries, providing fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous contacts per shift
Provide general account management assistance to customers on behalf of the company while following company procedure
Handle and solve player issues within and escalate complex queries when necessary
Keep players up to date regarding promotions as instructed by the company using the current promotional material
Provide accurate and timely escalation of issues which affect the player’s experience to assist in improving the end user experience
Solve and escalate queries in a timely matter to ensure an excellent end use experience.
Stay fully up-to-date with company Guidelines, Policies and Procedures
Take on any other tasks associated with assisting players as requested by Management

Skills & Capabilities:

Essential:

Fluent in German, with an excellent proficiency in English
Strong customer service mentality with keen attention to detail
Excellent writing skills
Self-motivated and a team player
Ability to work in a high-volume work environment
Computer literacy
Proactive and positive attitude in the work place
Willing to work shifts

Desirable:

Additional languages are an asset
Excellent typing skills
Knowledge, interest or experience in online gaming
