Ours clients are currently looking for fluent GERMAN speakers to work as Customer Service Agents!
Locations: Athens, Greece
Different projects with the main responsibilities:
Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction.
Handle and resolve client’s problems via phone, chatting and emails.
Provide accurate and valid information by using the right tools.
Communicate clearly and gently with all consumers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Have advanced Tech skills.
Be native in English and German. Any additional languages will be a plus

You need to like to work with people and surrounded by people
