For our client, a well-known multinational technology company, we are looking for a French Speaker.



The scope of this position is really straightforward:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email (only inbound calls & no sales involved)
Interact with other departments to resolve more complex cases;
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers;
Working together with team coaches and trainers to constantly keep your knowledge up-to-date

JOB REQUIREMENTS

French at C1-C2 level and English at advanced level
Availability to relocate to Athens, Greece
A keen interest in computers and technology products
Availability to work full-time and in rotating shifts if needed
Excellent communication skills and active listening
Time management skills;
