Responsibilities:
Creation, development and implementation of the digital STS strategy on the Polish and international market
Operational work on projects concerning: searching for new sources of customer acquisition, improvement of current digital performance activities, development of analytics of conducted activities
Cooperation and negotiations with external partners (media, agencies), searching for new partners in the context of foreign expansion
Taking care of the effectiveness and innovation of conducted activities
Managing and supervising the conducted performance campaigns (PPC, social media, retargeting etc.) - setting KPIs monitoring, reporting and presenting share motions
Managing the entrusted budget
Cooperation with numerous internal departments, incl. Affiliation, CRM, Communication
Opportunity to develop team management competencies
Cerințe
Requirements:
Has at least 5 years of experience in running digital performance campaigns - on the side of the agency and / or the client
Knows his/her way in the world of digital performance indicators, can analyze data and draws conclusions that will be efficiently implemented
Specializes in at least one of the performance areas: paid social media, SEM or programmatic
Knows the specifics and functionalities of Google Analytics
Can manage not only campaigns but also more complex projects involving cooperation with other departments
Is an independent, responsible and proactive person, has an analytical chic, can prioritize, is communicative
Is fluent in English
Is fluent in Excel, knows the basics of PowerPoint
Nice to have:
Experience in working with Google Tag Manager
Shopping experience on Facebook / Google Ads / Adform / other similar platforms
Experience in the bookmaking or eCommerce industry
Experience in working on foreign markets
Interest in sports
