For one of our clients – we are looking for Customer Service Representative with Hungarian, Polish, Turkish, German, Italian, Spanish, French.
With your excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, you can create positive experiences inside an innovative, fast-growing company that offers competitive pay and great benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Your mission is to offer customer support (7-10 customers) through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service;
* Maintains and updates customer information as necessary;
* Build strong partnerships with clients and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor;
* Identifying problems quickly and resolving them to provide the best possible outcome for the customer.

Requirements:
* Excellent skills in Hungarian, Polish, Turkish, German, Italian, Spanish, French -B2-C1;
* English B2;
* Effective problem solving and communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail.
