A leading and global company within fund administration is seeking to employ a full-time Company Secretarial Assistant to join its rapidly expanding team. If you are a client-focused and service-oriented professional, this job might be the right one for you!

What is expected of you?

Review Net Asset Value Calculations, process Subscription and Redemption activity for multiple funds, including AML and Compliance
Manage relevant relationships with team members, clients, boards and other service providers
Ensure that the company’s legal entities and clients are in compliance with laws and regulations and relevant internal rules and regulations
Plan and organise meetings, agendas and board papers; prepare draft minutes and action points lists from board meetings
Maintain corporate registers
Assist the Company Secretarial on dealing with queries and request from clients, auditors and internal staff on a daily base

Cerințe

What are you expected bring?

Previous secretarial assistance experience, ideally in a fund or legal company
Excellent communication skills, proven ability in English language; French or German is an asset
Exceptional proofreading
Good organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of Windows-based software
