The Company.

Our client is a B2B travel agent that was built up in 2015. Today they have already more than 100 employees in their 2 offices in Barcelona. They were named as the fastest growing SaaS start-up company in Europe. Currently they are looking for Travel Agents with a fluent level of English to join and be part of a strategic and multicultural team in the city centre of Barcelona. Furthermore, You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the growth of this company.

The Job.

In this role you will be responsible for the organization and the follow up of travel bookings

– Master Customer Service to ensure high quality service to clients
– Resolve problems by applying policies and procedures
– Be up to date about the launching of new products and systems
– Email, phone and chat support in English
– Deep experience in using ticketing tools
– Creating longlasting connections with clients

Cerințe

The Profile.

– You have a fluent level in English
– You have at least 2 years’ experience in using Amadeus, the knowledgde of an additional GDS is an advantage
– You have experience and passion in the Tourism industry
– You have a team-oriented attitude
– You are dynamic and have a pro-active attitude
– You are able to adapt yourself to a fast-paced environment
– You have excellent communication skills
– You can work easily independent and autonomous
