Our client is a company, specialized in providing professional sales and customer support to leading companies.
Due to expanding its Sofia based team our client is currently looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals whose role would be Back Office Specialist with B1 level - German, Spanish, French, Italian, Hebrew or Russian.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for tracking and reproducing customer problems;
* Provide information by email or chat;
* Providing full customer care and making sure no client’s question is left without an appropriate manner.
Cerințe
Requirements:
* Good level of German, Spanish, French, Italian, Hebrew or Russian - B1 level;
* Good level of English;
* Strong time management and organizational skills, including ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
