Summer Arts in Spoleto, Italy for high school students

Spoleto Study Abroad is a summer arts and humanities immersion program for high school students who are interested in a cultural immersion in a distinctly unique setting while studying filmmaking, photography, vocal music, drama, creative writing, instrumental music or visual art. This program offers students the opportunity to explore the rich cultural and artistic heritage of Italy while pursuing their own creative voice within the artistic discipline of their choice. Students work closely with talented faculty and like-minded peers in small groups and one-on-one. Students live together in a 15th century century collegial style. The convent is located right in the midst of the historic district with architecture and structures dating back to 100 A.D. Students integrate into the beautiful ancient town of Spoleto, Italy by living right in the historic section that dates back to the medieval period and earlier. This inspiring magical setting provides students with the opportunity to experience the treasures of historic Italy first-hand. Working and living with like-minded peers from all over creates an empowering, safe, and supportive environment in which to further one's artistic interest.
