Residential Life

Join our study abroad program and make new friends as you learn how to independent and confident. Enjoy a month in France and live in picturesque Nice. You will be housed with your peers and the staff only a short walk away from Vieux Port and the delicious restaurants and fascinating markets. Our student residence is modern and in an ideal location. Stay in your own studio room that has internet access, a private bathroom, kitchenette, and a bedroom. Be able to grow on your own pace as you enjoy time with your friends right next door.

Daily Schedule

Imagine your summer in Nice as you sit in on engaging classes from Monday to Friday while taking the afternoons and evenings to explore with your friends and experience the city. French courses meet each morning and you will go to your pre-selected elective on a tri-weekly basis. Two afternoons each week can be used to try out new activities such as sea kayaking, parasailing, beach volleyball, ceramics, or even visiting new exhibitions or exploring the local markets.

Weekends are spent touring the surrounding areas on day trips and excursion. Don’t worry though, you will plenty of opportunity to sleep in!

Day Trips

Nice is surrounded by some of the most breathtaking villages and sites. You will be able to enjoy Picasso’s master works in Antibes and experience the decadence of casinos and the princely palace in Monte Carlo. Go back in time with us to Saint Paul de Vence, the medieval village. Your senses will be enriched in the Fragonard Parfumerie nestled in the cozy village of Èze. Join us as hop the border to Ventimiglia, Italy for some gelato and pizza.

Optional Travel Extension – Paris

The city lights is chock full of spectacular architecture, gorgeous art, and mouthwatering food. We present an optional four-day trip to Paris, and we will even take you on guided tours to historical sites and museums. Visit the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Centre Pompidou, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Louvre. You will also have the opportunity, within the guidelines of our safety protocols, to explore the shopping districts and the café scene. Imagine a dinner cruise on the river Seine!

The French Riviera encompasses the spectacular coast from Beaulieu-sur-Mer to Nice. This is a chic area of markets, fascinating buildings, and breathtaking beaches. Your time in Nice will leave you with a fine palate for this high living standard. Leisurely enjoy the Promenade des Anglais as you make your way to class and take all of the ample opportunity to practice your French as you interact with locals. Browse around the Old Town district’s open-air markets and feel yourself sinking into the glamourous French Riviera lifestyle.
