Our vision is to make a difference in the everyday lives of our customers by offering simple and personalized financial products. We provide small, unsecured, short-term loans to over 300,000 customers who are under-served by existing financial institutions. Typically, our customers borrow 1,500 RON and repay their loans over 12 months with small weekly repayments that their household budgets can comfortably manage. We have a unique personal relationship with our customers. One of our agents meets their customers before each loan is granted and visits those who select the additional home service every week to collect repayments.
We promote inclusive and responsible lending and believe that meeting our corporate and social responsibilities is essential to maintaining a sustainable business and delivering for our customers. Over the past years we have supported various social responsibility programmers – in fields such as financial education, environment and supporting underprivileged groups – in which we invested over €850,000. Since 2013, we have been supporting Siguranta Financiara, a comprehensive online resource center for financial and entrepreneurship education.
