BFA Fashion Design

Students with this program will be able to learn about working within a genuine design studio through constructing finished clothes, selecting fabrics, and developing conceptual drawings.

Program participants will learn about how to develop their individual style by learning about textile designs, techniques of construction, different materials, and tools. There are workshops with actual professionals working with the industry, courses of design and concept, and helping to ensure that each student develops their original style. Students will have the opportunity to participate in trade fairs and exhibitions to keep current with trends.

-Critics who visit will help students to understand how markets operate
-Collaborations with companies will help students learn to develop projects
-There will be a senior portfolio and presentation of the student's work
