Python Developer (f/m)

To further improve the user experience of our clients and to develop new, creative products, we are growing our Data Science / Artificial Intelligence team.
We are currently seeking a Developer who is passionate about Python development and software architecture around deep learning / machine learning algorithms. Is it you? Phenomenal!

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring your expertise and knowledge into our team, and help us improve the architecture of our machine
learning infrastructure
- Be the main driver of our web-based application that takes the work from the research team and provides the
document classification/information extraction services
- Coach/Lead our amazing Jr. Engineers and Data Scientists
Architect and implement integrations with external and internal document management systems

- Excellent coding skills in Python (5+ years experience) -we use Django and Celery for most of our systems
- Bonus points if you are familiar with libraries/frameworks such as scikit-learn, tensorflow, keras, as they are
used for the implementation of our machine learning models
- Extensive experience with implementation of REST-based APIs
- Proven experience with distributed systems
- Ability to quickly adapt to the demands of different people and teams inside the company, and bring forward
solutions to our upcoming challenges
- Knowledge and application of best practices related to software engineering - focus on automated tests,
automated provisioning of development and production environments, infrastructure as code
- You are no stranger to Ansible, Vagrant and Docker

WHAT BRINGS YOU EVEN CLOSER TO BE OUR SOFTWARE ENGINEER:
Experience implementing a Continuous Integration Pipeline -we want to provide to the Data Scientists and other stakeholders the ability of quickly verifying if the changes introduced in our systems are working as expected
Some knowledge about front-end web development, to help us when integrating/defining requirements for other developers who will be consumers of our services
Basic German is a plus
