Program Description
There are two main project components. The first focuses on social and infrastructure development and provide sub-project needs for
Carrying out social assessments and designing programs of sub-projects, and
Implementing sub-projects consisting of
Improving access to basic education, health and social services by rehabilitating and upgrading schools and health, youth, cultural and recreational centres and facilities in poor areas.
Volunteers will help carrying out programmes for revolving school textbooks, literacy and primary healthcare.
Improving access to specialized services to satisfy the needs of vulnerable groups at risk.
Developing basic rural infrastructure activities such as community portable water and small drainage system.
Enhancing environmental protection initiatives such as reforestation and natural resources and cultural heritage preservation.
Our second component focuses on income enhancement by funding or supporting capacity building activities to support micro- and small; entrepreneurs providing needed help to target beneficiary groups and (2) women, youth and disabled people to provide them with demand-driven specialised skills that will help them increase income and business opportunities.

Qualifications
Good spoken and written EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commitment to values and principles of volunteerism
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to adjust to difficult living and working conditions
Strong support and advocate for NGOs
Should be able to work independently and in teams
Ability to respect and abide by the rules of the placement activity
At least 18 years or older.
