Full-time ESL teacher

Job Description:
Holding offline group events, conducting high quality classes with a group of children;
Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students;
Show great individual care and support for the students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning;
Work cooperatively with fellow-staff members and administrators as it pertains to specific grade levels and programs;
Attending staff meetings and professional development activities as assigned or recommended;
Be accountable and a positive advocate for all management decisions;
Appropriately confronts negative behaviors whenever it occurs;
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
 Native English teacher with bachelor degree is required;
 Experience of English education is preferred;
 Friendly, energetic, responsible, resourceful, innovative;
 Demonstrated ability to build relationships students at all ages;
 Video production and editing capabilities preferred;
Willingness of working under pressure.
